Terrible service, assured me something would fit when it didn’t they charged me extra without first notifying me then were rude when I questioned the additional charges and refused a refund. Will never return here or recommend this business

The guys extended our draw bar and put on a new coupling to stop the Good Coffee Cart from dangerously swaying down hills... And IT WORKED a safe trip to Kerikeri... Thankyou you soo much guys... Happily recommend your services to anyone

Unbelievably rude. Beyond astounded how much so. also rip offs and they know it too. Just speechless really. Don't go here, these people shouldn't be in business. Dangerously installed tow bar at an unbelievably ridiculous price. Disappointed. If you don't want a headache go somewhere else

Had an issue with the coupling for our caravan. Brian and the team went out of their way to source and replace the faulty coupling and help us on our way. Outstanding service - could not be more satisfied. Thank you very much.

I went to this place to get a new tow bar and when I went and picked it up and took it home I saw that they damaged bumper above the tow bar and bent bumper on the sides. I wasn't happy that they let me go home and didn't own up to it and do the right thing and fix it I had to say something first because I'm sure they had no intension of doing what's right. The tow bar is great not the reassembly
