My recent experience at Mercy Radiology Takapuna was exemplary. My surgeon booked an appointment the same afternoon I had met up with her, and I had absolutely no prior knowledge of the clinic or the incredible services they provide. The team are so professional, the practice is spotless and what could have been a scary procedure was so relaxed I think I fell asleep. Can't rate Andrew and his team highly enough.

From booking the scan to getting it done it was a great experience. Reception was kind and welcoming. Clinical staff provided all the information about the scan and had a detailed discussion with me to understand my issues. There was no sign of rushing and I was dealt with kindly during the procedure as well. Definitely recommend this facility.

I was impressed with the services provided by Mercy Radiology Takapuna. The receptionist team is very welcoming and friendly, always maintain their smiles which has made things easier and made me feel comfortable. The radiologist did a great job in a professional and gentle way, always treated me with kindness and compassion, that made me feel less stressed but relaxed instead. Overall, I'd like to recommend this place to anyone who is in need. Thank you, team.

Physio said I needed a scan so I just turned up and it was no problem. Friendly communicative staff. Plenty of parking outside and on bus routes. Good and easy.

Having my treatment at Mercy Radiology was excellent. I did not have to wait, they treated me exactly at the time of my appointment. Everybody was very friendly and professional and the treatment was fully explained to me in an understandable way.It was a good experience.

Fabulous service. I was a walk in patient for an X-Ray and was through seeing the Radiographer within 5 minutes. She was awesome and friendly and the reception team were informative and friendly too!
