Inspect House NZ were great to deal with from start to finish. No long waiting period to get an inspector out to assess the house. They had great communication leading up to the inspection. Our inspector Ray was knowledgeable and friendly and went above and beyond to give us us much info as possible, allowed me to bug him with questions I had during the assessment. The prices were fair and the back office team were customer service focused and great at proactive and prompt communication. Will be using them in the future for any inspections I need.

Received excellent service from Craig and the whole team. Booked the day prior and had the task done and a full written comprehensive report by the next day. Top-notch quality and we were even able to raise a few minor concerns with the property we were going to purchase. We need more honest to goodness businesses like what these guys are doing and for that I'll make sure to be using them again in the future!

Inspect House NZ were just incredible right from start. The communication was friendly and respectful. Ray ,who did our building inspection was just effective and his report was accurate and the content was easy to understand (great pictures to illustrate the defects) He was available for queries regarding his report and also provided advice. Because of his thorough reporting, main and minor issues/defects were addressed and repaired by the vendor.I would certainly recommend this company and the price tag was worth it. We worked with the team at Inspect House to have a building inspection done for a townhouse we were interested in buying. The team were professional, thorough and fast. We are not based in Auckland but Inspect House's work gave us confidence in moving forward.

We were in rush to get our new property examined prior pre-approval and most of the building inspectors were unavailable. I came across Inspect house and they squeezed my request in their busy schedule and did it the next day…… NEXT DAY!!!!!! Craig was great, nice and did his perfect work. Got my report within the given time frame and we were happy with the service. I would highly recommend them and want people to at-least give them a chance.

We've used Inspect House for two pre-purchase inspections in the past couple of months and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone. They have competitive prices and a high level of service. Inspector Craig is very thorough and his attention to detail cannot be faulted. The written reports themselves are provided quickly (within 24 hours) and are comprehensive but clear and easy to understand, with plain language and plenty of photos. When I was unsure about whether an additional service was needed, Kyall called me up and talked me through it - they won't try to upsell you with something you don't need. Keep up the work, team.

I ordered a builder's inspection report as I needed it for a pre-purchase property and wanted to know if there were any issues with the house. It was my first time ordering one of these and I spoke with Kyall who was amazing and patient and explained how everything worked and what would be in the report etc. Ray did the inspection and the report he produced was very thorough and detailed with pictures that highlighted areas that had any issues - (it was perfect evidence for negotiating with the property's vendor). The report was sent to me so quickly! What I really appreciated was that the service didn't end with just the report being sent to me, I was able to ask any follow up questions I may have and I got a timely response to them. Overall absolutely appreciated the work the Inspect House NZ team did.
