Precise Homes
Bought one of the house they have developed in West akl 2021. The house started having problems about 3-4 months after we moved in. The weird cracking sound of the roof, external wall nails falling off, wall cracking, etc. Since then, we have contacted this developer thousands of times to arrange inspections and repairs. They are just stalling and always making excuses like being busy. Until now, the problem has still not been resolved. They just don't care at all about the houses they have sold.
