I was recently served by Jenni (it said that on the till receipt). The service I had was excellent. I came in looking for a candle bulb that flickers. Jenni said she couldn't find any in stock, but rung a company in chch that does old bulbs or end of lines, sadly nothing. Jenni then gave me some other ideas and something close to what I needed. Quite possibly the perfect salesperson you need. Well done!

Would definitely recommend. Fantastic service. Lady very patient.Change my mind alot about bed side lamps . This is what I ended up with so my guests can now charge their iPhone on the base of the lamp. 33% off. Fabulous buy . Thanks Moorhouse Lighting Direct.

Amazing customer service! From a query online (where attention was paid to detail by the online store team), to getting a spare part to me - I was very impressed. The person who served me in store also clearly cared about reducing waste - big plus in my books!

Absolutely great back up service from Camy & manager Ben in store and eventually a house call from Marcos (the regional manger) who sorted out the problem on my ceiling light track within 10 minutes.Super impressive in this day & age. I am so appreciative.
