Night Nannies

Night nannies were a large contributor to helping us survive newborn twins. We were incredibly lucky to have Adrianne. She is such an amazing person, she still visits the girls. To her, it’s far more than a job, she builds a relationship with the children and family. Not only did we get a night off, but we learnt a wealth of information to help us raise content little twins. Adrianne was like our Mary Poppins. We didn’t want her to leave, even though the girls were sleeping through!

Anka is amazing. We had a three week old and needed help desperately. Within hours Anka had made contact and matched us with a great nanny that has stayed with us. She is extremely professional and we can’t recommend her and her team enough.

Anka helped us keep our sanity after an intense few weeks of illness and broken sleep. The first couple of nights our daughter woke every 45 minutes until 4am when she threw a big tantrum, and Anka took it all in her stride while we slept...So good.So grateful.

I phoned Night Nannies for our two week old after multiple nights of very little sleep and for a period when my husband didn’t have paternity leave. Anka was very good to deal with and immediately sent us Hannah who was a total godsend. Hannah was experienced, professional and calm. She gave us great advice and took care of our baby during the night (9pm> 7am), waking me only to feed and then she would put our baby back to sleep. I’m sure our baby knew that Hannah knew what she was doing! Having her a few nights a week has saved my sleep (and sanity!). If we could have Hannah every night we would!

It's safe to say that our night nanny put a blanket of perfect calm over our house. We have 3 children + I hadn't previously done this, but I now put such a high value on an undisturbed nights sleep! Having someone purely dedicated to our wee man's sleep meant that he totally nailed sleeping through the night early on. I really wasn't sure how I would feel about having someone come into our space + care for our shiny new baby boy - but it was invaluable, I really couldn't speak more highly of the service. It was equal parts professional + personal, we really feel like we made a new friend for our family. All I can say is that if you feel like you might need the help, you definitely do, so you most definitely should!

I was very hesitant to book a Night Nanny for the first time. I have a 6 month old daughter and had never left her with a stranger before. However, when Hannah showed up I felt at ease as soon as I met her. Within the first few minutes I could tell Hannah was experienced, confident and trustworthy. My husband and I went out for dinner and then I was able to have a full night sleep and a sleep in while Hannnah took care of everything for my daughter. As soon as Hannah left in the morning I wanted to book her again straight away. I haven’t met any of the other Night Nannies yet but I’m confident they will all be as capable and trustworthy as Hannah. I will definitely be using their services again.

As a working mum of three boys, one of the most important things in my life is having amazing childcare. And knowing I have a backup available through planned vacations and sick days.When we came back from the US in Feb, Night Nannies provided us with an amazing temporary nanny at short notice. They also placed our our permeant nanny who has been an excellent fit for our family.I would highly recommend Night Nannies to anyone looking for temporary or permanent childcare. They have taken all of the worries out of finding childcare for our boys.

Night Nannies are an exhausted Mama's saviour...! Anke is really great to deal with and promptly organised Juliet to come the evening I contacted her. Juliet is like the warm, comforting friend who comes over to help, and is absolutely terrific with babies. Thanks so very much.

Anka totally respected our parenting style when sharing sleep training techniques for our almost 6 month old. We have a mover and shaker on our hands whose little brain is working overtime as she discovers & works through lots of new developmental milestones - we wanted to make sure that whatever we tried didn't rush our daughter. With some great sleep training technique advice including feeding tips and hints - we are well on our way to having our baby back to sleeping through the night. Anka was really friendly, supportive and is only a phone call away should we need to touch base again.
