Don't rate this post shop at all - why? Well how about you change the opening hours on your website from 8:30 am to your new hours 9 am and stop causing people to arrive at 8:30am only to find they have to go away and come back at 9am and waste half an hour of everyone's time. Going for a coffee doesn't work either as it only takes 10 minutes for a cuppa - its really annoying

Always friendly service but..... If I sent a parcel at 11am and pay for tracking and overnight service you don't expect it to only leave the shop 27hrs later!!!!

Most unhelpful post shop, couldn't spare one inch of sellotape to secure a loose package before I could send it. Won't be back, you'll probably say good riddance, that suits me fine.
