Brought a Hyundai Kona from here for my mum and what an amazing pleasant experience! Adam was top notch, went through the car with my mum to show her how everything worked set her phone up for her, nothing at all was a trouble! Shannon gave us a courtesy call the morning of heading to collect the car to make sure everything was ok and how we were tracking. Greeted with coffee. The whole experience was fantastic! We will definitely be coming back here to deal with these amazing people in the future!!

A great deal on a hard to find car.Having owned three Toyota Prius iTech I was looking for my next car. Adam Barrett, the Used Vehicle Supervisor at Rotorua Toyota went out of his way to source a Toyota Certified Plug-in Prius. The car was immaculate inside and out, looks brand-new and is a real pleasure to drive. Being a Japanese import it had a few idiosyncrasies that Grant, the service manager, really looked after me sorting them out. Communication was terrific and I ended up with a further five year warranty on the hybrid battery.I highly recommend Adam and Grant at Rotorua Toyota.

Great service and pricing pretty reasonable. Bit of a lead time when booking service (one week plus) but no problem having a courtesy car which makes the experience easier. Definately recommend these guys for servicing requirements.

Had to wait over 3 days to buy a battery. Quoted$700Final bill came to$844They charged a$65 fitting fee and still my clock and instruments were wrong. The car was only 3 months outside the warranty. They also charged$110 gst.queried the price and charges and the warranty but they would not help. Cannot recommend. Just beware.
