The highly individually tailored approach to exercise and health coaching from Rachel at All Active has been a huge benefit to support me in looking at what drives my behaviour and how I can work to change that. This is more than just an exercise session, Rachel really listens to where I am and focuses on what I need right here right now. With Rachel I'm working on movement, my health, my attitude to food and so much more. This is a lifestyle change and its all done in my own home where I feel comfortable.

I have been training with Rachel (All Active) since October 2013 and continue training weekly to date. Starting my training was one of the best decisions I have made. I am now fitter and healthy at 63 than at any other time in my life. When people talk about the cost of training my outlook is my body is the vehicle that is going to drive me around for the rest of my life so I invest in me, I want the best model I can achieve.
