Being new to Hawera, we were keen to try Yummy hot roast meals. Sadly, we were very disappointed. The food was lukewarm, gravy watery and not tasty. Worst was the fatty pork. Quality of meat disgusting, large chunks of fat. Won't be back.

Worst ever the cats didn't even eat it, chips ok, fish I mistook for potato fritters, and I couldn't find the hotdogs because there was no sausage on a stick just saveloys that must of been reheated from night before. Expensive rubbish bin filler

Got a $70 5 dish combo. It was tastless and expensive. Egg fu yung was like scrambled egg with mixed vegetables done in a microwave. Another customer who bought a smorgasbord serving waited 25 mins, but still no fresh dishes were made for the depleted trays, so he changed his order to fish and chips.It is convenient but not recommended.

We had the Chinese and we paid for it the next day. We only had a small bit of it. Ended up only eating the hot chips. If it wasn't horribly greasey it was stale.

A sweet name to wok up too(and meet). No the food definitely is quite yummy. The pork pieces could be a little smaller and more sweet n sour sauce, thats only a minor niche of mine. Good fish n chips and all the other things too. Absolutely good job to the Yummy's Takeaways
