HRV Waikato

These guys really are a waste of space. I phoned to ask they send a tech to look at a faulty dual system they supplied and installed approx 5 years ago. Instead of responding to my request they proceeded to try and sell me a full replacement at a cost of c $2000. I then connected on line with an independent technician who came and had a look, laughed, and showed me a broken lead which had been chewed through by a mouse. He replaced it and everything worked normally and continues to do so. This at a total cost of less than $150. I then asked HRV Waikato for their comments. Zero response. I say again a waste of space. Douglas Adavms summed them up perfectly. Dingoes Kidneys!

Staff are great to deal with.They are flexible, and check in before coming out for a meeting.The only thing that I'd love to see is if contact via email was more reliable. Phoning works best, bit isn't the most user friendly for me.Other than that, great experience. Staff even found a leak we didn't know about, which we've been able to have dealt with, thank you.

Our guy actually arrived earlier to change our filters. I believe his name was Aaron and he'd traveled from Hamilton to South waikato. He was great. Super friendly, super professional and easy to talk too. Job well done.

This Company harass people and this is NOT OK. I have elderly parents who have been cold called 4 times now and railroaded into a salesperson coming to their house to offer a quote. Each time my parents have declined but they keep calling and are very pushy. We have phoned the company and told them NOT to call again yet they continue to do so. This is badgering and being opportunists preying on the elderly.....Just STOP!!!!!!!!

A most unreliable company they have not turned up twice now and I have been on their phone for the past 45 minutes listening to their apologies and thanking me for my patience for holding. I wish I had not believed their promise of service.House 104 Flagstaff.

I contacted the Eric Bam who is the consultant for our area for an appointment, he was friendly and reassuring. I loved that he was punctual and took his time to explain the benefits of the product. After we signed the agreement, he continued to follow up to confirm our installation date etc. We are pleased with what we received from him and are looking forward to the installation. Thank you team.

HRV is a good system but the after sales service has a lot of improvement to do. I left messages, no reply. Calls to service go to the wrong part of the country. They take a message and many days before I got any feedback. After that the service was great.

We have had our HRV installed for a couple of years. Recently the temperature gauge in the roof malfunctioned. The team were really helpful and the service technician was professional, prompt and really helpful.

The Technician came and replaced the HRV filters and cleaned the heat pump for me. He mentioned that I should not use the heat pump on AUTO but on HEAT and COOL as the AUTO function doesn't work so well in NZ and will probably be costing me more to heat the room due to it moving from cooling and heating due to the AUTO setting. He was professional, polite and had a good amount of product knowledge.
