Dr Valeria Ivanova has been extremely professional and pleasant to deal with . She is very knowledgeable and has at all times given me confidence in her professionalism. She has treated me with great respect and has always reassured me of a positive outcome after my operation. I can't thank her enough. I would also like to thank anaesthetist Dr Era Soukhin for all her work. She also has been of great assistance and has at all times kept me informed of the process and given me confidence in the outcome we all wanted.Also a thank you to Maggy who has been very attentive and who has been communicating promptly to organize matters related to my stay.It has been a great experience being looked after by a highly professional team.Highly recommended to anyone looking for professional healthcare.A+++

The service and care at Omnicare has been amazing! After a long road with putting up with my issues I decided to finally see a professional and met with Lisa Meyer. She was so friendly and helpful, happy to explain the human body and my issues in depth. After my surgery I was put under the care of Sally Pritchard for physiotherapy, and again I had a great experience with her. My journey with Omnicare lasted for approx 5 months I think, and I was always excited to go knowing I was getting a step closer to recovery each time. Southern Cross were also amazing and I felt a huge level of respect from them concerning my body.

I have had a great experience with Omnicare and Dr Melinda Hii. Dr Hii is truly professional, experienced and friendly taking care of me and my health very well. The staff members have provided me with the earliest appointment then sorted out all the admin related matters. The environment overall is nice and comfortable. Thanks.

I loved dealing with Dr. Hii. She is patient, caring and really insightful. Also the Sonelle radialogy team has been amazing in accomdating me and my needs.

I left feeling very informed and reasured. A great feeling!When making the appointment Maggy was so understanding and helpful. Getting back to me and helping me with my appointment.I would not hesitate to recommend this business. A pleasure to work with.

The nurse was amazing but I was left in a great deal of pain and offered only oral pain killers for relief (which I threw up anyway). Also they don't call you with concerning results, only email and post (my letter never showed up)

Bad customer service, rude and unhelpful. Was told by receptionist that this is not for entertainment factor" or "social gathering" and sonographer doesn't like extra people in the room when asked if we could have a small group of family members present. When I said she was being rude for saying that

Very rude and disrespectful staff member. I made a call trying to find out whether I could make an urgent appointment due to post operation pain. Staff member laughed out loud and said “That must be a joke!” They were fully booked. Made me feel so awful, I won’t be returning to this clinic.

I have seen two of the doctors here and both were dismissive of my symptoms, almost annoyed at having to see me and one even suggested my pain and symptoms were all in my head despite having already had a diagnosis and excision surgery of severe endometriosis. I was told I was wrong and given misinformation about endometriosis best practice which thankfully at that point in my journey, I had learnt enough myself to identify. This is case and point of why unfortunately women have to become experts in their health issues in order to advocate for themselves and find the best care. This is not it.
