Really wonderful environment, equipment, location and teachers. Obviously the instructors here know what they are doing. You don't need to be an expert to come here (but you can be) you can just come along, learn and become fitter and healthier.

Beautiful Fully equipt classical Pilates studio. Fantastic precision teaching from owner Helen Leahy. Daisy the dog casts her expert eye over your form as Helen teaches. I left feeling longer stronger and fully connected. I would definitely recommend the studio to anyone traveling to Aukland and looking to move and stretch.

오클랜드에 머무는 중에 클래식 필라테스 레슨을 받기 위해 찾아갔습니다.스튜디오가 아늑하고 따뜻한 느낌이어서 좋았고강사님들도 친절하셔서 너무 좋은 시간이었습니다!저의 영어가 서툴렀지만 Eva 선생님이 수업을 잘 이끌어주셨어요!오클랜드에 다시 간다면 재방문 할듯해요❣️

Helen and the team at True Pilates have been amazing. I have been able to recover from injuries faster and keep injury free for longer! My back no longer gives me ongoing problems anymore! Thanks guys!
