Oobe Hamilton - Apple Authorised Reseller & Apple Authorised Service Provider

I brought in a new MacBook Air in which the battery would not charge. I was due to fly out of the country 2 weeks later. Panic stations. The service I received was nothing short of brilliant. Battery ordered from Sydney, delivered and installed in one week. That has left me with the 2nd week to install software and upload the necessary data. Fabulous professional help. A very big thank you to this business.

DISGUSTING SERVICE. I have never ever met anyone as unprofessional as the Indian lady who pretends to be a technician. Rude, arrogant and has absolutely no idea what she is talking about. I came in to get a service report for my daughter's iPad on the advice of Apple. I tried to explain the situation but she didn't even want to listen. Just kept cutting me off and talking over me saying I am the technician and I know what to do next". She was supposed to call me back 15 minutes later. That never happened. 5 days later I get a call from her and she hasn't done anything claiming it's not under warranty. I explained that it's been approved by Apple consumer warranty and that's what I had been trying to explain to her when I first came in. She didn't want to hear the case number. Now she's ranting on about how she's a professional and she doesn't need me to tell her job and that since it's not covered under apple care she can't fix anything. First I never asked her to fix anything. Apple asked for a service report from them which they didn't even both to start. After Apple receive the service report they will either pay them or send a new ipad. 5 days have been wasted and still no report. This is my daughter's iPad that she uses for school. On top of all that they've ignored 6 calls from Apple themselves. What's really shocking is that this place is supposed to be authorized by Apple to do their repairs.DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE - Believe me it's not worth the headache."

Awesome service. Had been told by my mobile provider that there was nothing wrong" with my iPhone 14 Pro. Went into Oobe and they promptly took care of it for me

Terrible service. Went to return my unopened product and they refused return despite their policy. 7 day return policy apparently doesn’t apply to any products BEWARE.

Sadly, google only go down 1 star, else I would be rating half a star for the service. I took my AirPods Pro's into OOBE about 6 months ago after the right ear was crackling, and after research I found that this was a common fault which was covered by an apple extended warranty program. After this, I got my AirPods back with comments of no water or drop damage"

I am so disappointed with my experience at this store. This is my second negative experience with them for Apple product support. The staff were judgmental and immediately assumed I had counterfeit goods without checking. After the product was sent off they ran into an issue and they directed me to speak with Apple directly instead of resolving the issue with Apple themselves. As a result, I spent over an hour on the phone with Apple support to address an issue that should have been handled by the store.
