Took our jet ski in 3 different times to be fixed, cost us over $200 each time only to get it back ride it once for 10 minutes and it do it again.. in the end I fixed it myself. It kept blowing the main fuse. Found the chafed wire that was causing the issue and away it goes again. All they were doing was putting a new fuse in and giving it back. Charging like a wounded bull. Will not be going back

So disappointed with the service here, I took my 2015 jet ski in and got told by the workshop team to ‘park it up on the beach’ because of a drive shaft issue - to basically never use it again. I then called them, they were so sarcastic and I was spoken to so rudely. Emailed them 4 times and they have avoided my customer service questions, I was planning on selling this jet ski and buying a brand new one. But I will definitely not be buying from here.

This is a well-overdue review. A huge thank you to Grant (the owner), Grant (head of servicing), and the team for sorting out an issue with my new Jet Ski some time ago. It was a long road and too much time spent to sort it out, mainly at their cost. We finally came to an outcome that I personally am very grateful for. I am enjoying my new Jet Ski. Thank you again guys.
