Head to Tail

We are so happy with the services provided by Head to Tail! Our two dogs are very well looked after and I'm sure they look forward to their weekly walk. Additionally, one of our dogs has always been hard to manage on leash (despite working on this with other dog training businesses) but we have noticed a marked improvement since he has been walking with Theresa!

So happy with head to tail. The dog walkers are amazing, they personalise the walls to sit the dogs and their abilities. Always in contact if things aren't right and always happy to change days if required. Highly recommend!!

A very unpleasant experience (during the lockdown era) with a person from this business (driving their businesses vehicle with their signwriting) walking two Greyhounds off the leash with no muzzles at a local park in Spreydon.Both the Greyhounds spotted our two small fluffy dogs and galloped across the park to get to them.We grabbed our dogs and shouted very loudly at the Greyhounds, that were startled by our shouting and backed off.We then suffered a torrent of abuse from the female person walking the dogs, like we had done something wrong!We do believe they would have attacked our dogs if we had not rescued them.Every other Greyhound we have seen since is on a lead and usually sometimes muzzled - why weren't the one's you were walking on a leash too?As regards your reply on 10 october 2022 to this feedback - no it is definitely your business; I noted the distinctive pictorial logo on your vehicle and it's wording Head to Tail".As regards your claim re not having walked Greyhounds in years

Very poor time management, alway late and when they are late its always someone else's fault.

Nicole has a calm and positive approach with dogs. We've really appreciated her support through the teen pup class. Well worth the money. Would highly recommend Head to Tail.

We have had a terrible experience with Head to Tail (HTT). We contacted HTT for grooming services for our cat, who is a domestic medium hair who unfortunately had matted fur. Last week when the groomer arrived, she tried repeatedly to initiate grooming, but our cat was scared and ran away despite her efforts.The groomer told us that she did not have the right equipment to groom a cat such as ours, who gets anxious at the sound of a razor. She also informed us that she knows another groomer who routinely handles these kinds of cases, and who would have the correct equipment for the job. Unfortunately, this groomer worked for a different service, but the statement provides evidence that the HTT groomer was aware of her limitations and that she would not be able to complete the grooming.After several attempts to corral our cat, the HTT groomer informed us that she would not be able to complete the job. At this point, she packed up and left.We later contacted HTT to request a refund, since no grooming services were rendered during the appointment. In the message, we referred to the language of the HTT in-home services agreement, which states that in the event that a visit...cannot go ahead because of a decision made by Head to Tail Limited

a lady using this van was so rude at victoria dog park. One of the dogs she had stole my dogs’ ball, and she refused to even attempt to get it back, telling me it was my ball, my problem. Another guy helped me get it back, while she just walled off. Apparently “behavioural services” is not really her remit. I had my own personal three dogs, and the guy told me later that she ws at the other end of the dog park moaning to another lady that i was encroaching on her turf! Ha! They were all my dogs! And i pay rates, she was using a council owned dog park for free for her business. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

My dog loves the dog walker! great staff! Helpful instruction and advice when I adopted my rescue dog, can only highly recommend - came with high praise from the local FB community group as well.
