I usually shop online as experience hasn’t been the best in past times/However today I thought I would pop in with the free bangle and I wound up having the most delightful customer service I have had in a store here today.Was very very busy. The ladies still took time with me.I did not feel rushed.They helped me find the right size bracelet and charms all while asking me about my day..Young ladies at the counter were very bubbly and seemed to be having fun even with a line at the counter.After telling them it was my Mother’s Day gift to myself from my dog the lady wrote on the tag “to mum, love dog”. It was very sweet. Did not notice until I got home.An amazing experience and very happy with my new braceletLeft with a big smile todayWill be back for Xmas

Fantastic service and wonderful staff

Came to this store planning to buy some charms and a ring but…it was like we were invisible?? We were looking around and not once did they come to serve us. Instead people who came in later than us was served. What’s worse is that we made eye contact thinking that they’d be with us after they’re done with their current customer but noooo. So we decided to drive to Northlands where we met Jessie. The best service ever. Fantastic advice and really knew her stuff. Would definitely go back to northlands.Also I was contacted by customer service saying that they would call up to discuss the issue but never got a call and email wasn’t replied to.

Bought a bracelet for my gf today and she loved it. Good quality and design. Totally worth it.

Absolutely love going here the staff are all so welcoming and very helpful, 15% discount on your birthday if your signed up! There jewelery is un beatable. Absolutely beautiful they are stopping there Harry potter line which I was a little saddened by but there are so many different options for any occasion.

Went in last night and there were 3 staff members, all leaning against displays, talking about weekends and swearing on the shop floor. Took them roughly 5 minutes to even acknowledge customers… such poor service

The staff very friendly and helpful, The shop is easy to move around in , the displays are eyed open to what is in the shop.

I went in today at around 5:40pm and spoke to the woman working there. I believe her name was Rowena?? I wanted to get my charm exchanged under the two year warranty. I have done this one other time with another purchase without any complications. The woman went on saying that I had to deal with it because sterling silver scratches easily and that all the products have scratches on them. I then replied “why would you sell products that have scratches on them?” then she denied that they had scratches. I was confused for the most part because we went back and forth discussing the most useless points she was making. She told me that it was a limited charm and that she couldn’t possibly exchange it because they don’t have it. I then asked her “why can’t I get this exchanged here?? I have gone to another Pandora store and they helped me with no issues. Then she commented “they only did that to be nice to you since you are wearing a lot of Pandora jewellery”. So, why wouldn’t Rowena be nice and exchange my charm?? After all of this, she said that she would check if they even had any after she told us it wasn’t possible for us to get it exchanged. After us going back and forth once again she complied after she realised we were getting annoyed. She told my Mother and I to stay in the store while she called up Northlands (where I got my other item exchanged).Throughout this whole discussion she came across to be very aggressive and rude. She came back saying that they give customers exchanges to make them happy. Okay then, make me happy and let us leave. She asked us if we were finally happy that we got the exchange after she bickered with us. If she handled the exchange without bothering us, I would have been happy. But in this case, I can’t say I am.
