Wouldn't trust david Allen as far as you can throw him. He is a lying piece of so and so. He blatantly lied about getting council out to check our hardie tex house when they had no record of it. The timber was rotten he covered it up and told us there were no issues at all. In the meantime the business was sold and we were unaware of any issues. House was later demolished after a 5 Yr legal battle and a full rebuild at our cost has happened. We have lost so much through this. If he can lie to us he can lie to anyone. He is not to be trusted
