I met Amy somewhat by chance through a Christian Entrepreneurs’ group of which we were both members. I was in need of a coach, Amy graciously made an introduction, and God took it from there. To say that our connection was Divine is an understatement. From our first session, I knew that Amy was both a skilled coach and Holy Spirit led. She deftly guided me, through her keen discernment and deep compassion, to insights that I would not have gained without the support of her expert coaching. Working with Amy was exactly what I needed to identify and move through all the mental blocks that have had me paralyzed for 6+ months!! Before I started my session with Amy, I went into it unclear of what was needed to improve my business. But I knew some changes had to be made. After my session, I left with clarity on my next steps and increased confidence that I was equipped to move forward with them. She helped me to search and find the nuggets within myself.

Professional and insightful - I'd never heard of identity coaching before, but as my business is inextricably tied to who I am, I thought I would start there. Amy provided coaching at a level above the rest. She made me feel comfortable by creating a safe environment where she actively listened to what I had to say and she showed up fully present as if I was the most important person in the world. During our conversations, she would ask me thought provoking questions that were challenging and they also allowed me to discover things on my own as I would do the majority of the talking. These questions that she would ask would allow me to dive deeper and discover what I needed to do to move in a positive direction. While we worked together, she helped me with clarity and allowed me to discover some action steps to move forward with what was keeping me back. After experiencing Amy's coaching, I have grown in many aspects of my life and I'm grateful and blessed to have had the opportunity to be coached by Amy! Wow! Amy is incredibly talented in what she does and makes you feel at ease so that you can be yourself. At the start of the session, I was confused about what path I should take next in my life. Amy challenged me to realise what my dreams and aspirations truly were. By the end of the session, I felt a greater sense of clarity for the future and I felt like my like had been 'realigned'. Amy’s style of coaching is quite unique. I felt she took the time to truly listen to where I was with great compassion, warmth and a connected sense of empathy. She offered a safe space where I could be vulnerable. She didn’t give advice but instead we worked to come to an understanding of what it is I was searching for. Upon implementing what I learned I was able to move forward. I hadn’t experienced this before when working with previous coaches. I admire Amy and the work she offers is much needed in this world.
