The staff there are super helpful, not only did they help explain which paint to use, but also the right rollers & brushes that went with it. The young lady and gentleman even carried my paint order to my car ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️

Cheyanne is super helpful knowledgeable and committed. I really appreciate the time and trouble she went to to find the right colour match and type of paint.

I visited the Valley Rd store. How refreshing to see an all female crew whom aren't just knowledgeable but incredibly customer centric. Apologies for not getting your name but for the lovely girl who served me and advised me on the pearlescent paint, whilst hunting high and low for a test pot, calling another store to see if they had any available and then discovering a used one at the back and offering it to me free of charge - YOU ROCK.!! See you next week when I come in to buy the litre pot.

Last year between lockdowns I went into the store, the sour faced older Indian guy grudgingly looked up from what he was reading and muttered 'yes? I chose to ignore his rude behavior smiled and said hello, then went on to explain why I was there and what I wanted, he couldn't look anyless interested. I inquired about the test pots. I had rung earlier, yes they had them and the cost etc, also someone would be able to advise me about the right paints for bathroom. Anyway the man said they didn't have any and went back to reading his paper. Gobsmacked I just left. One of the shop assistants heard the whole exchange and I could tell they were embarrassed. I have no doubt that there are great people that work there, he's not one of them. Do better.

I have been coming into Resene Mt Eden for years now! Always been treated with respect and care, staff go out of their way to help you out. Also a dog friendly zone!!! They gave my pup a treat, how kind!

Michaela was so helpful and knowledgeable. She was really enthusiastic about colour and tones and getting the right shade with light changes in the room. She's a great asset to the Mt Eden store!

Lilly went out of her way to find the Product i need from another store as it was out of stock everywhere Lucky for us she found a store with the product that was tinted to the colour we wanted so we were able to complete a job
