Rip-off This company wants to charge me $420 plus GST for UHF installation and wait for next week. another company for got the job done for cheaper and faster did same day for $310 including GST. Never recommended this company and STAY AWAY FROM IT.

I'm not impressed.Called on Tuesday morning to book in a repair to the TV antenna for the following Saturday morning.Got a call on Saturday morning advising that they can not make it until the afternoon.I made the effort to book in early so I could have a morning appointment. Very disappointed these guys could not keep a schedule. They could not even give me a time when the tech would be coming in the afternoon. Ended up canceling the booking. You will not be getting my business

I had problems with my TV reception the pictures keep Breaking up every 1 hour. I’ve called this company many time since Monday left a voicemail and a text message no reply.I walked to the address because was 5 mins from my house and there was no signage or anything about Aerial service. It looks like fake address

This company is absolute rubbish. I wish I never rang him . The Technician was Rude dishonest and aggressive must be suffering from shortman disease. He starts with a cheap price and bit by bit price goes upThe technician was in a hurry to goAnd left lights under the roof for one week until I saw it. He said someone left it there, not me. He didn't say sorry or honest mistake, ......very poor service,absolute waste of time would definitely NOT recommend him

I had a service call out to fix TV reception problems. While he did determine the cause of the problem antenna cable not connected), he was unable to find the missing connections and fix the problem. After spending less than 1 hour, he charged me $150+GST . I subsequently located the missing cables myself and fixed it . IWould not recommend supercity Areial to anyone.

Sam, responded to my email request for install within a day. The next day he squeezed me in between other jobs. Really professional, neat and tidy job he did. Installation of new dish, and adjustment of set-top-box and we have all the channels. Thank you! Highly recommend.
