Rambo Estrada Photography

Rambo shot our engagement photos, and then our wedding in early Jan this year. We’re not hugely comfortable in front of the camera, but Rambo made us feel completely at ease on both occasions. He was super professional, helpful, and easy to deal with leading up to the day. On the wedding day, we couldn’t have asked for more. He was great at making people relax and laugh which showed through in the photos. He was great with all the names in the bridal party, worked really well with the videographers and the celebrant, the list goes on and on. We can’t say good enough things about Rambo, and the photos were amazing. We were stoked, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rambo.

The best decision we made in preparation for our wedding day was choosing Rambo Estrada as our photographer. Rambo, Soph and Jackson went out of their way to capture some exceptional shots. Although it's not our thing to stand in front of a camera, Rambo and his team made us feel completely relaxed and at ease the entire time. We look back at the time spent having our couple photos taken as quality time together where we could just enjoy each others' company and reflect on the reason why we were getting married. Rambo and his team made the shoot fun and we shared plenty of laughs with each other, the bridal party and the photographers. Our photos are beautiful. Cannot recommend Rambo enough! Rambo was our amazing and talented photographer at our wedding in November. What a superstar. After months of research we selected Rambo to photograph our wedding near Taupo. We were really drawn to the lighting in his photos and his way of capturing natural moments. Having a great photographer was really important to us and boy did he deliver! Not only did he make everything really easy and fun for us he even got in the water (like right in up to his neck) to capture the most incredible photos! I don't think we could have made a better choice. We have so many great photos that it's almost annoying as they don't fit in an album..Thanks Rambo! :)

Rambo is such a neat, friendly dude who we hardly noticed most of the time, but also helped us to laugh and relax when needed. He went the extra mile with meeting the lads at our home early for a claybird shoot, and staying into the evening to get some fun party pics.His photos are the perfect mix of emotion, detail, environment, and people, and tell the story of not only our wedding day but of our life together. We chose Rambo for his documentary style and evening light photos and he certainly exceeded our expectations. Also very impressed with how quickly he was able to get our photos to us.

Photography was my number one 'will not compromise on' thing for our wedding. After seeing Rambo's photos I just had to have him as our photographer, luckily I got in just in time! I love the documentary style of his work and relaxed approach. He made us feel completely at ease and mingled seamlessly with our guests, at times I forgot he was even there! We could not be happier with our photos and have had an overwhelming response from guests on the day and friends seeing the photos afterwards about how amazing Rambo and his work is.

Casey and I couldn't be more happy with our incredible wedding photos. Rambo shot our wedding in Leigh, North of Auckland, on a very stormy April day. We loved the way Rambo creatively documented the intimate details of our wedding, and thought on his feet through challenging weather conditions, resulting in some seriously breath taking shots. Every time we look at the images it's like we are reliving the day again! Rambo is a class act, an artist and true professional. You won't regret booking Rambo for your wedding.

Rambo photographed our wedding and we couldn't be happier with our photos and the service he provided. His relaxed yet professional approach put us at ease throughout the whole process. We chose Rambo for his natural and candid wedding photography style and he did not disappoint! Our guests all commented on how awesome he was. Pretty sure he got a photo of every single guest at the wedding! He sent through some sneak peek photos the next day which was was unexpected but much appreciated. A few weeks later we received a link to a timeline of the day. Within 6 weeks of the wedding date we received the full edit. The timeline tells the story of the day so well we are glad we didn't bother with a videographer as we feel it wouldn't have been necessary. Rambo goes above and beyond and we can't recommend him enough!!!

✨️ Rambo aka Perfection ✨️ He is an absolute professional and a magician behind a camera! Rambo was the first vendor we locked in after our venue (Old Forest School). We wanted someone who knew the venue and all the good bits and after looking through his portfolio online we knew he was the one! Hubby and I are not big photo takers at all, I'm talking like 7 photos in the 6 years we have been together so we needed someone who we would both feel comfortable with. We had a Zoom with Rambo before locking him in and hubby and I vibed really well with him, we loved his laid back, candid, capture the moment style. He captured our day so beautifully and our guests absolutely loved him too! He had this crazy ability to make us all feel so calm and relaxed all day and you can see it in the photos! He knew all the good spots at our venue (even if that meant me going bush walking in heels and a $4000 gown - no regrets the photos were stunning!!!!!). Rambos turnaround time was insanely quick also, we received a few highlight shots the following day to tease our loved ones which was so awesome especially to send out to all our friends and whānau who couldn't make it due to covid! We expected the rest of the photos to arrive in 4-6weeks but in 2 weeks time we had our entire folio back 700+ photos in colour and the same but in black and white. Overall so incredibly happy with Estrada Weddings and couldn't recommend him enough! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
