When did this place turn from a gas station to a coffee shop?No pay at pump option so customers have to wait for the staff to make coffee and not actually serve people who are there for petrol...Shocking.

I all ways go to BP Connect as I think they have the best car wash, but todayone staff member was so rude and at one point was not going to serve me when I asked to see the manager, but another staffer changed his mind.I won't be going back.I can now see why their petrol is one the most expensive in Auckland. Not Many Customers Left. And by reading some of the reviewsIt's all bad news.

The staff were completely overwhelmed and rude. Yelling out where to stand, no eye contact, customers getting confused which station /cashier to go to order coffee. If you're annoyed and angry please don't take it out on customers. Will never go again

I had gone to this BP station in Greenlane near the highway at 8.30PM on a Tuesday evening. As soon as I entered I was welcomed with such a warm smile and kindness..As an Aviation Officer I was thanked for the work we are doing and was given a free thank you coffee.Just wanted to say thank you very much for the lovely welcome in your store and for exceptional customer service, highly appreciated.

Came here around 5:30 am to pick up a hot drink for me and my daughter before we go to white cross to see a doctor that's minutes away. I wore a mask as we had a bad cold to avoid spreading our cold. I was waiting in the cue to get my coffee, a person who knows both staffs arrived after me step closer to the counter and started chatting. I step forward as soon as the person before me left. The lady that taking my order at the counter seems had difficulty to hear me, she looks annoyed and ask me to repeat with an unpleasant attitude. Just before took my ordee the person walked after me confirmed his coffee order to the person who was making coffee, he seems regular and the lady just passed a coffee cup next to the person who makes the coffee, they confirmed his coffee and started making them. The person got his coffee than paid after me. I noticed this but thought I would just waited patiently, I walked to the magazine stands to wait. After a while there were no one behind the machine and no coffee was left the counter, so I walked towards the counter. Apparently the person who was making the coffee did not see my order, it was hidden under the machine. When I raised this the lady who took my order had a smile on her face She was the one that took my order and see me waiting in front of her with nothing in my hand, it seems she would prefer me just keep standing there to wait. Is it because I wore a musk and you had trouble to hear me, or because I didn't 't be your friend to push in from the cue? Please understand that your petrol station is right next to the white cross, for someone turned up at 5am with a mask it could means either the person is sick and trying to prevent passing their germs to you. I can appreciate it may be hard for you to hear me while the man came after me chatted very loudly with the men making the coffee next to the counter, but intentionally making me waiting is not ok. My daughter was unwell and in the car, I just wanted to get her a hot drink, I'm happy to wait however long it normally takes for you to make two drinks, but let me stand there for no good reason is not Ok. I appreciate night shift is hard but this is not the way to entertain yourself.

Located just off the motor way, has car wash, cafeteria, toilets and other facilities via BP connect outlet. Drinks and snacks are available too. The petrol prices are bit expensive than other petrol station though.

Absolutely horrible experience . Ordered a coffee but girl refused to make one and trying to make an excuse that she might get busy with fuel customers and she won’t be able to work alone but no one was in queue . Not recommended at all

They keep changing staff, and new staff is very underwhelming and not trained a single bit. They overcharge for drinks just because they are not aware of how to charge for drinks, no matter how you try to explain.Awful experience.

This petrol station ticks all the boxes for me. Nice, spacious fit-out with a huge selection of food and drink (not to mention the Krispy Kreme donuts on offer). They’ve also got all bases covered fuel wise, with diesel, 91, 95 and 98 on offer. You love to see it!Hamish DorringtonKakapo Business Sales
