Good selection of products. Not very pram friendly. Very narrow isles and lots of people scavenging through piles of fabric.

Staff are great, prices are good, but the layout of the aisle where you walk up and down or wait for service at the fabric counter is terrible. Seems to be many impatient people huffing and puffing if they can't get past in a hurry.

The ladies here at spotlight palmy were fantastic. Needed to get balloons.for my son's birthday. They were able to help me with the arrangements and colours. And they were ready for the time I ordered pick up. Would definitely recommend to others.

My experience with the staff of the fabric section hasn't been good. I end up feeling unwelcome and disatisfied because I'm not really getting a warm/friendly interaction though I try to be warm/friendly myself. I will try to see why that is.
