Been to Subway Lincoln Road again today, you ladies seem very nice but please stop calling customers Mam or Madam it is so rude and not appreciated my many, I was cringing with the amount of times it was used on me through the process of making my sub. Just say Good Morning or afternoon with a smile, that is more polite in NZ

Extremely poor service walked in to an empty store and politely waited to be served, staff were obviously making an order for takeaway or uber eats or something but after 5 minutes neither of them had even taken the common courtesy of saying to me sorry sir we'll be right with you or sorry sir we are going to be about 5 minutes, i walked out and went somewhere else

I am having tropical smoothly and Toasty with one side cheese and another side avocado from last year twice or thrice every week from most of the subways as i am traveling alot. While when i asked them they said sorry we don't do it. I was wondering why they can deny whether every other subways are doing this. They just need to bake both and put one side cheese and another side avocado. That was very rude behavior about it and 1 start customer service. Must be they are not in mood to serve customers.

Today I bought two sandwiches from there. There was a male staff training a young girl, the girl was good, nothing wrong, but the trainer were quite mean to her. Whenever what she did, he always commented something mean in front of customers. I really wanted to tell her that is some kind of bully, but I thought maybe she really needs that job. Very bad atmosphere there, really, training new staff doesn't means you have to so mean on new employee, you can friendly and nicely teach her something, plus nothing wrong with her. She should go to The Unite to get some help.

I went to this subway 131 Lincoln road today. And very disappointed with the services. This was the cheesy garlic toastie we have for today with the standard amount of cheese. I asked for more and the boss said it is the correct formula, you pay extra if you wanted more cheese.... But this was not looking even near to what they have advertised in the picture... I did not enjoy it as it purely almost like eating the bread with no flavor at all as the garlic sauce given was very little too..….
