UBB - Ultimate Broadband

Hi there, I've been with UBB a few years now after living rural on a farm and there have been no issues until this evening, I rang after hours, left a message then promptly recieved a callback from the leader of the response team Caleb.I was so impressed by the quick communication and the fact Caleb said it was a weird issue and he was making it his job to call everyone effected whilst fixing the problem.Needless to say wifi has been restored within a few hours, but for me it was the service! I'm not one to wrote reviews, but I told Caleb I would. So if anyone I'd looking at UBB. It's a solid yes from me!

We have used the services of this company for many years for our internet and have been very happy with them. They are easy to deal with and if we have connection issues etc they go out of their way to make sure we get back online as quickly as possible. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Honestly, they are excellent. It just shows the value of a small local provider compared to Spark or Voafone etc... If you have a question or fault, call the number and talk to a person in CHCH. Firendly, helpful and competative. No BS.

We purchased our first computer in the 1980s and have dealt with many ISPs since then.Without a doubt Ultimate Broadband is the best we have dealt with by a country mile.They are professional yet retain the personal touch missing with larger companies.Their service is second to none and in the years we have been with them they have increased our data allowance and speed several times with no increase in cost.If needed, support is a quick phone call away and you are greeted by a real person.We have saved hundreds of dollars by being with Ultimate Broadband compared to our former supplier and prefer the family vibe compared to the big impersonal corporations.And no, I am not a member of their team, just a very satisfied customer.

We have been customers of UBB since Mike Smith was doing the installations in the Winchmore district himself back about 2013. Great service and if there is a problem can talk to a real person for help.

Absolutely fantastic company that genuinely cares about its customers. We are on a remote high country station and had a weather related outage. Pretty much our entire small rural town uses UBB coz no other company cared to connect us to fibre that ran through.I highly recommend UBB, service is top of the line. Theres no long waits when phoning through with a problem. A courteous, well trained human answers straight away, most issues are sorted over the phone or staff ring you back.I cant praise you guys enough after previously dealing with Spark.
