Smith & Smith Rotorua

Came through on a business trip & needed to repair a chip on windscreen (as i only had the windscreen replaced 2 days prior!). Fantastic, prompt service carried out late in the afternoon & job completed within 40 minutes! Hassle free & i would highly recommend the Rotorua team for any vehicle glass repairs. Great workmanship!!

Got a windscreen replaced cost $1000 then cracked a week later all they said was it was bad luck couldn't help unless I wanted to pay another 1000 so went to novus was $300 cheaper better quality faster an haven't had no issues

In store service was good but their new booking system is terrible now have to go through central smith and smith booking was over a week away and yet instore they said they weren't busy, recommend reviewing their booking system, would be a lot better to book in store

My partner booked in for a windscreen replacement with smith and smith, when he arrived for the initial replacement after waiting for it to be ordered in the “seals” were split, now today when he arrived to get his new windscreen put in after waiting another week, you’ve “smashed” the new glass. Wouldn’t recommend the service, what a waste of time. People do work and take time off to make it to you, you also had his phone number to update about the incident which you chose not to do.After the reply of nothing but excuses I don’t think waiting until someone has shown up is as soon as you knew.There’s also a similar review to this on a Facebook review page so it doesn’t seem like this is an isolated incident.

Shocking service.Two guys sitting doing nothing, no cars in workshop, wouldn't look at my chipped windscreen, said I had to make a booking.Went to opposition instead.

Friendly and helpful, although I didn't end up requiring their services I would definitely go back in future if needed

I was super impressed with the windscreen replacement service today!From calling to lodge the claim with them to having the replacement completed was an absolute ease.I was particularly impressed with the customer service via phone and in person. Keep up the amazing mahi guys!

I had my vehicle booked in to S&S for a windscreen replacement for my WoF. They changed the dates for service 4 times, in the end I went somewhere else because I would've had to pay for another WoF check. Bad work practices on S&Ss behalf
