As someone with a highly physical job, the stresses on the body from working on concrete floors all day, lifting heavy items, constantly bending and climbing on equipment require me to have some form of muscle and body healing. Prior to visiting Advaya Healing I have had many deep tissue massages to relive tension in my neck back legs and ankles and have visited physio as have had an on going back issue for the past 2 and a half years. Raymond's caring and passionate nature about his work makes you feel welcome. Upon his intake assessment he takes the time to get to know who he is working with and explains his history and how he got to where he is today. I have had many appointments with Raymond and I can say the results are incredible, he has pin pointed the issues with my back and started releasing the muscles that are causing the constant pull on my back. Raymond's knowledge of the human body is astounding. The qualifications he has built and worldwide knowledge he has aquired over the year's you would find it hard to find some one else more knowledgeable in his field in our country.

Best bodywork and healing!Before I met Mondi, I didn’t even know about fascia or that it exists. I’ve been to so many different specialists with back and neck pain. No-one was able to help me until someone referred me to Mondi. He is very respectful and really listens to you. He made me feel comfortable from the get-go and explains everything so well, while doing the sessions. I always look forward to my sessions as it is so relaxing and pain free. No more back or neck pain and I feel fantastic.

I wish I'd found Mondi at Advaya long ago. By profession I'm an analyst, and I really appreciate the clear detailed explanations of what's happening in each treatment. I first went to see Raymond for an issue on my TMJ, blocked jaw and neck pain. After trying other avenues, I found the practices used at Advaya working like magic and incredibly helpful to solve those issues. Experiencing lower back pain for 5 years was the reason that I booked a session in with Advaya Healing. I'd been getting various treatments via osteopaths, chiropractors, massage therapists and bowen therapists. While they helped relieve the pain immediately, it would always resurface a few weeks later.I have been seeing Mondi for about 4 months now and have had amazing results with the fascia release treatments. I've been pain free in my lower back/hips for about 2 months now - and in the shoulders and neck too!Mondi has profound knowledge of the human body - physically and emotionally.
