Great service and amazing location. Value for money was just perfect too. During quiet season was quite nice as we had a lot of space to ourselves.

Camp Waipu Cove
Very well run camp for us and our tent. Some might say strict but they have the place running like a well oiled machine. Quiet, great facilities including chilled filtered water (best thing ever on hot afternoons!) and decent fridges. We also enjoyed tennis on the tennis court (book ahead of you want a cooler morning/evening timeslot), long walks in the beach and the great local Waipu Cove Cafe.

Exceptional campsite, very well maintained, close to beach, the amenities are great, clean toilets and hot showers. Can’t wait to go again. I just wish I stayed longer!

We stayed here for 2 nights just after New Years. It was raining the whole time but it was still a great camping experience and fortunately our tent was sheltered from the wind by the sand dunes.The camp facilities were among the best we've used. Showers, kitchen. Laundry, etc. Staff were really helpful as well.

Awesome camp ground. Lovely clean bathroom facilities and kitchens. LIked having music playing in the background in the bathrooms . Would definitely recommend

Good service. Free 10GB wifi! Saver as Skinny signal is spotty. Cabin has very comfortable bed and pillows. Has everything you need to prepare a good meal, grill, and coffee. Fridge is full size, has a good size freezer.

We camped here, using a non powered site. Campsite location is perfect, it's in the beach and a very short walk to a coffee shop, dairy and restaurant. The facilities are clean (not modern, but always clean). The staff and very helpful and friendly. There's a family room, great for kids to play if poor weather or as adults to sit, charge devices or watch TV. There's also a tennis and basketball court. My friend stayed in a new cabin which looked impressive and fully furnished. I can't wait to go back again!

Plenty of nice large plots for camping and campers. Shared facilities all very, very good; great showers and bathrooms, separated kitchen and washing up areas and indoor chill out area away from the elements (if needed), with charging, WiFi and TV

Been here before, beautiful spot to camp at, sea on one side, excellent place to come to, dairy down the road does beautiful fish and chips, here again for two nights

Lovely place to stay! The beach is just few steps away and what a beach! All clean and organised, nice, professional and helpful staff. Beach volleyball and tennis courts available, few meters from nice cafe, dairy and surf club. Nice walks, cyclovia to the main town. Dogs are allowed in a good part of the beach but not in the camping grounds, understandably but unfortunately. Great family and beach vibe!
