I was very concerned prior to my stay at the very poor reviews but was pleasantly surprised.Although the motel needs more work and higher standards especially with room servicing with perhaps some cleaning when there are stays longer than three days.They made a mistake with ripping out the washing machines in the family units as there is only one very small laundry with a small washing machine and dryer servicing a large motel.Our stay was for a week in a two bedroom family unit. The beds although old are very comfortable.However the kitchen is tiny with little bench space especially with the microwave taking up most of it.The pool was clean and heated appropriately.It was very quiet.It’s not value for money with the tariff as I paid what I considered a standard daily winter rate and would expect better room servicing.However I noted that it’s undergoing a huge clean up with rooms being renovated.If they stopped cutting corners this motel could easily have a four star rating.

Our room has all facilities that we expect. Newly refurbished, it's very clean. Kids enjoyed the spa tub. The place has electric gate with a remote control, which gives a sense of security. Would definitely recommend.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This motel is definitely not value for money and if a Health & Safety Inspector was to inspect the property it would more than likely be closed down. This is probably the worst motel I've stayed in, I seriously advise people to do an inspection before you make a booking. Very outdated and in urgent need of repairs and maintenance. Our bedroom unit was tiny, the single beds weren't standard they were more a toddler bed with old bed covers. The fridge didn't chill at all, the shower was a trickle and the whole room lacked cleanliness. We had broken window latches and the curtains were marked and stained and not even wide enough for the windows. Also lacking basic amenities & accessories that you would expect in a motel room, such as a dish cloth, broom & dust pan. My family booked a couple of rooms and we couldn't wait to leave the place, my child wouldn't even sleep in the bed as she was scared of catching something. Don't get me wrong, I can do outdated but what I can't do is Dirty

Liked - The check-in/Check out was great, Air Conditioning unit was great, The Security Gate was great. Location was very convenient. Lots of parking. Staff was friendly. Put out enough towels for one person. Free Wifi is a major plus.Disliked - The Spa bath was clogged and the plug that's in the bath was very dirty. When I took a shower the water covered my feet and didn't drain well. Lots of screaming kids outside but that isn't the motel fault. The bath curtains were dirty. There were no do not disturb" signs so when I was taking a shower housekeeping was knocking on the door. When I ordered my room and it offered two options I choose the one large bed option but they gave me the other options with the double and single bed."

The room number 5 disgusting and when approaching the staff and manager there answer was no complaints for 7 years omg. Shower curtain dirty, carpet stained and heavily soiled, curtains in room mildew. Shower taps dirty never been cleaned properly. Seats in room heavily stained. Door had dirt on from the 70s.I have photos but cannot put up?

Very disgusting rooms, people do not stay at this hotel....Staines on the carpet, the decor old and damaged. Musty smells in the room. Shower curtains had mould, and also fleas around the bed area. Absolutely shocking compared to the photos we viewed online.

We stayed in a 2 bed family room, we had cockroaches in our room and the oven was filthy, and the room had a strong odour of cooking smells, as if it needed a good airing out.The pool facility was fine, however could do with some general maintenance.When we went to drop our room key back upon checkout there was no one to be seen at reception, the door was locked and also no one answering the phone number supplied on the door.

I have never left a bad review before but I think it necessary in this case so that people know to avoid this place. The bathroom windows didnt close properly so the noise from main road was terrible, the taps came off in the bathroom, the toilet paper dispenser is ridiculously low, the shower is also way too low, the bedding was dirty, there was no phone in the room so there was no way to contact the office if needed, non smoking rooms but the room smelled of smoke, bed is really soft and uncomfortable, rooms are unfurnished with no seating or anywhere to eat, and there are no personal touches like art on walls. Not a pleasant stay.

We booked the spa room as it sounded nice, however this was not the case. The room came with no towels and lacked basic amenities even though the booking states you could cook a meal in the room. The bathroom was filthy with mold throughout the shower and sink, the carpet had not been cleaned in awhile as we could see nail clippings, a fake nail and someone's glasses were under the bed when we checked we hadn't left anything behind. Overall our experience didn't leave any sort of impression. We will not be staying again or recommending this place to anyone.
