People are getting annoyed with the price misleading. For more than 2 weeks the price was $2.91 and this is the second Wednesday when they put the advertising 10c off but IN FACT THE PRICE IS 2.87... that equals only 4c off. You are misleading and that is unacceptable !

No pay at pump for over a weekWent in to pay female staff member didnt bother herself to say hello, thank you or engage in any conversation. All three staff members inside obviously not interested in the customers who pay their wages

Made the mistake of going inside the store to pay for gas. One sales clerk was crouching behind the desk, so I went to the second counter to pay, the woman behind the counter was extremely offended and inconvenienced by this and proceeded to treat me like a complete c$nt. If you like being treated like a piece of $h!t, this is the gas station for you!

My grandmother had her bonnet shut by the owner of the station, he didn't even take her rod out that holds it up. It bent and destroyed it. They replaced it for her but when she asked the lady behind the counter to help her install it she refused. She threw the part over the counter to her and didn't even give her all of it so she couldn't do it properly. So she had to go back the next week.Incompetent and quite rude to be honest. I'll be sticking to BP.

When I went here I got lovely friendly service, which was really nice. Was clean inside and out and had a warmer full of yummy food.

Really surprised to have an unprovoked and unnecessarily rude interaction with staff here recently over something that should have been a trivial issue. We were absolutely stunned at the bad attitude! There are many service stations in Dunedin and we will no longer be using this one.

I normally have great service here. Yesterday was the exception. I approached a counter where two young female staff were chatting. The pouty, unfriendly girl who served" me appeared inconvenienced that she had to stop talking and serve me. She didn't listen when I asked for an Ultimate car wash and stuffed it up. When I pointed out what I had actually asked for and what she had given me

Nice staff , great coffee , but staff don't use lid holder to put on cups , and toilets are dirty , uncleaned but other staff have time to stand behind counter on phones instead of cleaning or stocking or filling up .

Really like the access to a forecourt service, great to be able to pay at pump. Don't like being asked if I want to buy a pie or drink when I go in the shop though, please stop trying to upsell add-ons when we go to the counter.

The staff are always super friendly. I always get my coffee here because of the great customer service. They're always talkative and cheerful no matter what time of day or night, or how busy it is.
