I wanted to get my screen replaced because it had two small cracks that bothered me. The customer service guy was really nice I said that I could come pick it up after a couple of hours and even said I could pay after. After a while, I came back to pick it up my phone and they had even put a new screen protector on for me. In the end great service and price. Recommend!

I was referred by my hubs to get my Pixel 4a (5G) cracked screen fixed by One Stop Repairs. Fast and clear communication, very impressed with turnaround time to complete the job - took less than a week to get the replacement screen in and once it arrived, the replacement itself took under 2 hours. Highly recommend!

Took my Samsung in here to get the charging port replaced as I had seen the good reviews on Google and they did not disappoint. The man behind the counter was clear about timing and payment up front and charged a very reasonable amount for the work. Got my phone back a day and a half later and it's charging perfectly now. Hate to leave low ratings to the local businesses, but my experience was pretty bad. I had a rear camera glass broken in Samsung S20+, and arranged a replacement + a screen protector replacement (the original one was a bit cut). Guys are very friendly and respond promptly, prices are reasonable. These are good things.It took me 3 visits to have all the things fixed, which is pretty annoying, more details below.Visit 1. Rear camera glass replaced, but they broke the whole phone rear glass doing that. Original screen protector has been removed, and no new one applied as the further repair is needed. They convinced me they will replace the broken glass for free pretty quickly.Visit 2. Left a phone just to find out in 30 minutes they ordered rear glass for S20 instead of S20+. They have also applied new screen protector - looking quite different from the original one (having weird circle area for fingerprint). Looks aside, fingerprint didn't work properly + touch experience degraded - you have to press the screen quite firmly. I have removed that and thrown it away, and now have no screen protector at all (not the biggest deal, but worse than initially).Visit 3. Finally they got the right glass and replaced it. Seems good now.To summarise - for 100$ I had to visit the place 3 times (spending quite a bit of time, and having a broken glass for about 2 weeks), got extra part broken and replaced + lost my screen protector. I acknowledge people make mistakes, and they did their best to fix it all, but I will choose some other place to repair the phone next time.

Got s9+ cracked screen replaced for a good price. Phone feels like new now. Very well located on featherson didnt have have to go too far from my workplace to get it fixed. Def recommend. Cheers

After Googling a the iPhone repair shops in Wellington I picked on this one as it had the cheapest battery replacement costs anywhere, and I mean almost 50% cheaper than the other retailers.I needed a replacement battery for my iPhone 7 Plus as I was getting the dreaded Battery Critical -Needs Service message and dropped the phone off in the morning.Within a couple of hour they rang me back to say all was done and I could pickup.First thing I did obviously was to check the battery level and boom there it was, a full 100% capacity.Awesome people to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending them to any one that needs these types of repairs. A+
