Wow brought a really well looked after van. The service was very friendly. Had a little hiccup with water pump and the owner came out and fixed it after hours no questions, replaced it straight away. ( I was over an hour out of town)I would highly recommend to any one looking at buying a van.

We went to RV Centre at Rolleston to look for a replacement Motorhome and found what we believed was an ideal vehicle. The Motorhome was'nt in the For Sale section but had a price on it - we were told by one salesman that he wasn't allowed to show anyone inside but eventually he got the manager/owner to talk to us. We discussed the vehicle, and agreed to bring ours in the next day for an appraisal and a trade in price. This was done and another salesman talked to the manager over the phone and a price was conveyed to us which we accepted, subject to a drive of the newer vehicle. At this stage we asked about a backing camera and was told that it certainly had one. A few days later, when they could fit us in, I drove from Ashburton for the handover. The camera was not working, the lady couldn't get the sat dish to work, nor the tv nor the awning and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. (Food on the revolving shelves under the sink and the carpet hadn't been lifted as there was a lot of dirt underneath it). Eventually a maintenance man fixed the sat dish, tv and awning, but said that the camera was'nt installed although the lens was definitely mounted on the rear of the van. I had a test drive and remarked to the salesman about the sluggish gear pickup but he said that it was usual. I paid the money and drove home to Ashburton. My husband wasn't happy with the way it drove and there was still the issue of the backing camera, so he rang them. We were advised that if we wanted a backing camera then they could sell us one for around $600.00 and then we were told of the things that they found with our van that would preclude them from offering any negotiation on the camera. We were told that if we weren't happy then we could come and get our own van back, which we decided to do.The company were very quick to give us our money back which we appreciated, however we don't believe this company offers 'Best Business' practice and we won't be recommending them to any of our friends who all drive vans and motorhomes.

After hving problems with fridge & tv..we called in2 rv shop jones road…the staff there were amazing…had us all sorted in no time with professional advice from experts & people who know there job…fixed our problems 4 us…Thanku doug & Chris shaw

Happy New Year dear RV Centre team. In April 2020 Dwaine replaced my original 95 Amp Varta house batteries by two 120 Amp Camec deep cycle batteries. Even during the winter months in very cold Twizel I never had problems with my power supply. These batteries do a wonderful job ever since. Thanks, you did a real good job.
