Did not provide the service quoted for and arrived 3 hours late.I was quoted for the large truck but small truck was used and it turned up 3 hours late. I have also still been invoiced for the large truck.

Extremely unprofessional and rude company.Providing quote which is not clear and after that try to increase the prices.I contact them and ask for a large truck ( and tell them there is 3 big items but the rest of stuff will be packed in regular moving boxes). As commonsense. Everybody understand that I will need a large truck for my moving, that's why I did ask for a large truck. And items packed up in the moving boxes I didn't not mentioned how many box as have not estimated yet but probably need a large truck for that.After they quote me $850 for a large truck and $760 for a medium truck. I decided to go w the large truck as more expensive but bigger space and we can store some more items incase we need any more than that. They asked me for deposit and I paid $283 straightaway.Then the week after they ask me how much items I have and then they said they will only send the small/medium truck to me as that would be enough. I told them that keep the large truck as it is. I'm happy to pay $850 for the large truck and if too much space left I will do some more shopping to bring with me. Then they ended up call me and say they only quotes for the items I asked them for. If I add anymore items on the truck, price is higher.This is only understandable if I asked for listed items quote. But no, I did ask for a large truck quote. So isn't the whole truck space is mine?When I questioned them that if they only carry the same amount of items ( and our items would only need a S/M truck like they said) then what are the quote they gave me at first place $760 for Medium truck and $850 for a large truck for?Then they called me back talk very rude, keep talking and say thanks, then hang up, didn't even give me a sec to talk to them. After that I ask them why would they have that behavior? saying I'm playing game they dont have timefor that. WHAT'S A MOVING COMPANY?Who is going to get a large truck to move a house that would fit a medium/small truck size? Isn't expecting a bit more items on it?And if they are carry the same amount of items then why would they quote me 2 size of truck with different prices? If you quoted listed items, isn't it price suppose to be the same?They msg me said Happy to cancel my booking. Well, I'm happy to cancel it obviously.So now after inform them cancel my booking, give them my account number, I am waiting for them to refund me of $283.Let's see.I used their service last year and It was OK. But this time is unacceptable. Trying to charge more for the quote moving out of Auckland.They don't even deserve 1 star I have to say.To the owner of this company, I am writing the truth ( well maybe you are the one calling me talk very rude , and maybe not) , but my review has states the truth of this thing and I expect you to refund me full amount $283 into my given bank account within the next 3 business working day. Don't tell me that my review has problems. I requested a quote, they came back to me with a quote, I didn't ask them to go ahead and they booked me in but they didn't send me a confirmation. I only found out on my moving out day when I all of a sudden received a message from one of their drivers that they were on the way to my house, that just made me completely puzzled as I only made a booking with one moving company but not them. I explained to them what happened that i didn't ask them to go ahead.+ In response to your reply below, I did not accept the quote, I have email proof for that, the details you have : address, pick up from, drop off to are required in your quote form in your website. Thank you

This company turned up 3 hours late with a small truck instead of the large one we ordered and we finished moving our house at 8pm in the dark as we had to make multiple trips. The buyer of our old house had to move in a day later. We disputed the invoice and the took us to the debt collectors 1 day after the invoice was due. I encourage anyone looking to use this company to look at the many similar reviews that have been posted. Also look at he way the owner responds to bad feed back on these reviews. As if every bad review is a picky customer instead of trying to resolve the issue. If you walk around all day and all you meet are unreasonable people guess who's the unreasonable one...
