We have travelled from Australia with mountain bikes, my husbands was damaged in transit and he was turned away from two bike shops in Mt Maunganui for help. This shop was amazing! They made time for us and quickly fixed the problem. Friendly staff, very professional and skilled bike mechanics. Thank you so much now they can ride the redwoods!!

Tried 3 bike shops on short notice this morning .. Vanquish did what the other 2 couldn't. So impressed by their customer service - they picked up, repaired and delivered my son's bike on a cold, wet Saturday all at a very affordable price. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended, thanks so much.
