Absolutely the worse customer experience I’ve ever received.First visit, I bought several light fitting to have installed. The team had no idea about what fittings could be dimmed, what bulbs would work etc etcI had to get my electrician to go in to make the purchase.I thought this was a one off experience?!Once fittings all installed and led bulbs stopped working in days.I returned to purchase more. Didn’t even mention about the fact I’d bought bulbs previously, only weeks prior.The new customer service person had no idea what bulbs were what. By the time she found some that ‘might’ be right, she told me to hurry up and pay as they were about to close!Need I say more, except, don’t go here.

Good place for lamps and other lighting equipment, reasonably priced.

Waited 15 mins to be served. In that time I found 2 side lights and a large centre light that I wanted to purchase and still time to wait to be served. $630 total. Another person entered the shop waited 2 mins and got served before me. Quite disrespectful. I have a photo of them I'll get them from another branch.
