It was easy to arrange a meeting, Becs explained us the whole process (mortgage) and gave us all information. Kept sending us updated numbers and info (very quickly!) when asked for changes. Follows up when it's time to refix the loan to (again) explore all options - it's not just one-off service :)

Becs is beyond incredible at what she does!!My fiancé and I were wanting to purchase our first home, and Becs spent so much time explaining everything in detail to us. She helped us so much!Becs is friendly, warm and you feel so comfortable from the get go in her presence. Becs and her team are the best i have ever dealt with, they have always tried their best when finding the best deal for me.They have achieved to get me a rental property when other companies and banks themselves have said no!They dont take no for an answer.I have been with multiple mortgage brokers and dealt with multiple finance companies and Becs and team are surpassing everyone in the customer service field and surpassing everyone else in the 'making magic happen' field.Well done team and i doubt we will be making the mistake 'again' by leaving your teams side!
