I would ask Montrose Raven.... What did the manager look like??? Large? Slim? Blonde? Red Head? I think you may have people mixed up. Also, and more importantly... did you produce a receipt? Tell me any shop that will allow an exchange or refund without a receipt!!!! Seems to me you've taken the opportunity to discredit an entire charity on the bases of one experience that was probably of your own making! Really unfair.

They put their prices up a while ago... then back down because no one was buying anything. Seems they didn't learn from that, because I went in today and their prices have absolutely skyrocketed. Not sure if they've got a new manger or something, but they're asking for some pretty unrealistic money for stuff.

Diont like the new manager - :your prices are gettijg so high - I see more middle class familys using your store that people that need it - really sad - af the end of the day isnt they your top concern and how much of your salaries/wages. Are being paid out of donations?????????

Been visiting the Hospice Shop for nearly 20 years and now being more run by a corporate I can't afford to buy from there anymore. The Wife and I work a combined 80 hours a week have mortgage and kids but the prices are so high and near to new prices I'd be better going to K-mart to by new. They have a ladies bicycle in there today and yes it looked nice but $425.00 for a second hand bike Come On Cranford Hospice. I know it goes to a good cause but raising funds to pay corporate wages is not on. G

The shop is looking good, a few more times and I will know where everything is in the new layout. Very clean and displays great as usual. Love your staff, they make shopping at Cranford very enjoyable. I always find some treasure. Thank you.

Lovely people, great array of merchandise probably a little more expensive than most Op shops but, hey, look at the fantastic things they do for the terminally ill folk of Hawkes Bay! Stop by, you won't leave empty handed.

Big store, lots of things to look at but what was disappointing today was feeling like I was treated differently from other customers by the lady at the cashier in particular. While I was polite, smiled and made my payment, said thank you, there was no reciprocation at all from her - a seemingly different treatment from the way she served the customer before me, smiling, saying thank you have a nice day etc. Now I don’t want to say straight out that it is because of my race, but I just couldn’t think of any other reason. It was just an uncomfortable encounter that Asians get one too many times.

Visited the other day, shop staff were very helpful, however the manager is rude and I'm still waiting for her to call me in regard to a purchase that was faulty, it's been a week since I last rang the shop. For the price I paid for this purchase I think I deserve some sort of return call after all these items are donated and all I wanted was to exchange for another not get my money back. I won't be visiting this shop in the future, I've found it's cheaper to buy brand new as a lot of this second hand stuff is sold at retail prices!

Absolutely Amazing Store, my most fav Second Hand Shop especially when there Christmas Items come out, such a Great Variety.The Manager is Absolutely Amazing always so Pleasant and Bubbly :)All the other Volenteers are Absolutely Friendly and Helpful.If your looking for a Fantastic Second Hand Shop then look no further than this One
