We are a start-up company with little experience in running a business so securing a good accounting firm was a priority. The staff at LP Assist, particularly Georgia, provide amazing client support and all of the team have been quick to respond, friendly, and helpful when I have asked for assistance. We are farmers and when we changed accounting systems were very clear that we wanted to use the information in Xero to inform our business decisions. Georgia helped us set up our Xero accounts in a way that would be useful for accountants but also useful for our business decisions. Further, she understood that people who only deal with their own accounts monthly, rather than doing this every day, may need extra support from time to time.Having someone that comes out to your place and sits beside you as you both set up your Xero system is immensely helpful and reassuring. Afterwards having someone who you can ring and ask questions which are not covered by the help video clips or FAQ’s, is also extremely useful.
