Absolutely brilliant service, highly recommend. Michael was super helpful, we had queries about helicopter pickups and weather etc and he took time to answer them in detail. The list of side walks / things to see along the Routeburn Track was also fantastic! Thanks, will book again if we happen to get down that way again

Great service! We used the car relocation service. When we arrived at the start of the trek our driver was already there. We had scheduled our start time for 11 and arrived at 10:30 to ensure we were on time. When we finished the trek our car was there in perfect condition.

We were so happy with the service from Trackhopper. Mike was very helpful beforehand, advising on the weather and conditions and always responding very quickly. After a long days hike it was a great relief to find our van had been safely relocated! Highly recommend, thanks Trackhopper!

Very professional, very helpful. Extremely safe. Especially the driver in return was so cool, very knowledgeable and very much interactive. In fact, one of our family has had flight cancelled and they return portion of their money. They were helpful to reschedule as well. My bag snapped and they let me rent the bag at such a reasonable cost. Highly recommended

Highly recommended! Reliable and convenient. They provided very clear and easy to follow instructions and prompt response to emails. It is a great service, you cannot underestimate the convenience; it enables you to start and finish when you choose, and it is so nice to have your car waiting when you finish your hike. I would definitely use this service again.

Very professional and friendly to deal with! Even gave us a great list of side-walks to do on the Routeburn, it was just a shame the weather wasn’t playing ball!
