Went in for a pair of hiking boots : the lady there was really nice and helpful, and i found my boots for a very affordable price. Good selection too!

Bad experience. Rude staff and completely overpriced. We wanted to support local business but found a bad awakening after leaving over $750. Just disappointing.

Ridiculous when an elderly gentleman is denied purchasing because of a stupid vaccine pass requirement. This is Not required for retail.

Rude and unhelpful staff, doesn’t even warrant a star…if you want to people to shop local you may wanna change your staff…if my son didn’t need rugby boots urgently I would have walked out not even a please or thank you out of them. very disappointing.

My elderly father was looking for some jandles. He didn’t have his vpass with him and was refused retail service today. It’s not mandatory for retail and I’ve not been asked to show my pass through all my holiday shopping. It seems a bit ludicrous to stop someone from buying essentials like shoes when you are the only shoe shop in town.Maybe a review of your systems needs to be done. You easily could have sold him some shoes today but you chose not to. What a shame! He won’t be back and neither will the rest of our contacts.

Absolutely despicable rudeness and humiliation of our grandson. We will be taking this further. I see a lot of extremely unhappy reviews, if I could have rated you less than 1 star I would have. You reap what you sow.
