Went for family dinner tonight as part of our visit from Wellington, and had an absolutely amazing time. Staff was very welcoming and looked after us very well. Food was fast, and everything tasted SO GOOD! Thanks for making our evening so wonderful!

My brother & I visited on Friday night for the first time and were super impressed by the amazing food & service ! Big thanks to the lovely servers Maia & Paige - also the bartender who made our drinks . Awesome hospitality!P.s the garlic loaf was amaaazinggg !

Please spend some time to update the menu besides you front door. If you don’t have some options better avoid asking your nervous team to say it again and again to guests. Spend some time to explain your team how to work with customers and deliver food to tables. Remove chain from your tables so your patrons can save their legs and drinks, and taxpayers money on acc. And explain you barman, the one hate customers, than telling off customer kids is not his business, he’d better learn some manners, not asking other customers to apologies for his behavior.Good and drinks are good. Service will ruin this place.

Quick Bar service, restaurant was quick as well for a weekday. The BEST chicken breast I've ever had - seriously, it was amazing. The steak was a solid standout as well. Plenty of shopping around in the heart of Napiers' art deco district. A bit pricey but worth it!

Visiting Napier, we were looking for a restaurant with quality food which was also family friendly. We were somewhat pleased with the mains, although my husband was disappointed with the serving size of his chicken salad. The dessert is where our evening became very disappointing. The waitress took the order for our kid's desserts but forgot about us. We had to call her back to ask for the dessert menu. The kid's desserts came with no cutlery and ice cream proved to be too hard for our daughter to eat without it, of course. We waited and waited for our order to be taken but the waitress was too busy resetting tables and had totally forgotten about us. Feeling so disappointed, we headed to the bar to pay for the meal. The bartender asked how our meal was and we said the service really fell short and all he said was oh

Great burgers and wine. Waitress was very unsure, disinterested and didn’t check up on us. Tables need a good wipe down after each customer has left.

Extremely disappointed in the service here today. We have been here a few times and loved it. Ended leaving after waiting 40mins for our meal, then got told there was a mix up and it never made it to the kitchen. No communication, very annoyed.
