We had a short time frame to get our building report done, but Aaron worked around our limitations to get it done. I found the report to be clear and informative. Aaron identified the issues but also provided potential solutions that helped us to make informed decisions. It has been one day since we got this report and we have already recommended his services to friends of ours.A building inspection is a costly necessity in the process but I feel I got the best value for my money.

Aaron was very professional and produced a great building report - exactly what we wanted. Lots of genuinely useful photos and recommendations for maintenance, as well as helpful descriptions of various points around the house and what appeared to have been done in the past. A much better report than many others I have seen. It gave us a lot of confidence in the qualities of the property we were buying. Highly recommended and Aaron was very happy to discuss the findings.
