I went to the South Island for a quiet getaway. The service was faultless. Efficient and timely. The after hours pick up was seemless. Directions were spot on and drop off was smooth.I'd use Omega Rental Cars Picton again. For sure.

Everything went smoothly. Pick up and drop off were within a couple of minutes. The car was nice and clean, and nearly new vehicle. Strongly recommend Omega, Picton.

Could not be happier with Omega Rental Cars Picton!!! We found their pricing really competitive. Their team were so flexible when our Ferry to Picton was cancelled and we had to change our pick up/drop off at Blenheim Airport last minute. The pick up and drop off was super easy and we loved our Toyota Highlander! We comfortably fit 4 Adults + 1 infant seat and 3 weeks worth of luggage comfortably (we thought we'd be making multiple trips to the airport!)

Hired a car from Picton over the Xmas holidays. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, collecting us from the ferry and getting us on our way for our tour of the Marlborough region. Car was a Toyota Vitz, enough room for our extensive luggage (as we are here for several months) and was very economical on the fuel.We have moved to the North Island and have picked up another car which we are more than happy with.

We have used Omega several times and they do not disappoint. Our pick up and drop off were in different cities. We were left clear concise instructions, making it extremely easy and stress free. Our car was spotlessly clean. We will definitely use Omega again in the future :)

We hired a little car for our travels. It was excellent. The only thing it lacked was a cruise control but it got us all around the South Island of New Zealand at a very reasonable cost of hire as well as fuel economy. We had experience with Omega cars staff, at Picton and Christchurch. Staff were friendly and professional and knew their cars as well as giving us recommendations of what to do in the area. We would certainly recommend Omega Car Hire to anyone and would use them again in the future.

From our first email (from the UK) to our final vehicle drop-off in Auckland, we were most impressed and delighted with every contact we had with Omega. We changed our booking dates twice and also our drop-off terminal but nothing seemed to faze the staff. Responses to our emails were immediate, professional and very friendly. Thank you Omega! I had two amazing experiences with Omega. One was a transfer car from Christchurch to Picton. The car was in excellent condition, very comfortable, new, couldn't be happier. Service in Picton was phenomenal. The second experience was when Omega Picton got us out of an extremely tight spot. We had not booked in advance, was advised by the Omega mainline there wasn't anything available and no other car companies had anything. We were quite literally, checking out of our AirBNB (three adults and a toddler) with nowhere to go and no car. Omega Picton came to the rescue. They arranged a fabulous car that fit ALL our gear (babies/toddlers come with a LOT of stuff!), picked us up from the street and were just so accommodating - it was SUCH a pleasure to deal with them.
