Sad looking place. Thought it was deserted on arrival. Weeds all over the driveway and in gutters. Grass half a meter high. Restaurant closed. Room dark. Bed was comfortable. Tv didn't work. Single staff member doing everything. The place needs attention.

Decided to stay here as we were just passing through Fox and needed a place to sleep/shower. If that's all you're looking for then this place is for you...but there were some negatives.... In the way of kitchen, the fridge on the wall was really loud, so not ideal when you're trying to sleep. There were no plates or cutlery, the tea cup saucers were dirty, had been used and not replaced. Walls were obviously not insulated well as we could hear snoring from next door. Also bed looked to be a California King but it's actually two singles pushed together so wasn't the comfiest.On the positive, we would stay here again as it had all we needed for a stay over. Bathroom was nice and tidy, good water pressure. Friendly staff too and it's situated in a quiet, safe area.

Booked a family of 4 in to a room with one queen/king bed and one single bed. With two children aged 9&11 that’s not good enough. No couch or anything. We didn’t bother to stay, booked somewhere else down the road. Kept telling me it was clear in the listing, it shouldn’t be listed as suitable for a family of 4 in the first place as it completely unsuitable. Would have saved ourselves the extra hour of travel, no offer of refund or solution, highly disappointed.

Booked in for 2 nights - $1000.... absolutely ridiculous. Arrived and was grossly disappointed, incredibly misled. Bar/restaurant was not open and judging from other reviews I don’t think it was ever open. We were charged 1000 for rooms in the oldest section of the whole hotel - absolutely filthy with dead bugs everywhere!!! Toilets were stained etc. the front staff were friendly though and assisted promptly in getting a refund, we were able to stay in the big10 in our RV just down the road for 1/20th of the price with better comfort and facilities. Probably not a bad place but we got the s**t end of it and it was far too expensive!

Nice room. However, that is all that is nice. Place looks run down and in desperate need of refurbishment. Heaps of rubbish in the car park and general walk ways. Hotel staff were respectful, but looked like they were thin staffed. Overall, driving into the carpark was an immediate disappointment. No general spaces that were nice to occupy. The restaurant was not open at any point. A 4-star hotel rating seemed VERY generous. Unfortunately would never stay here again.

Value for money. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Only has 1 staff member to manage the whole place, housekeeping and front desk all done by 1 person. Simple place but good enough.

The place is clean but i think thst is all i can say about this place. Wifi doesnt work well tv is worse no food available either staff missing most of the time .. unsure how this place was considered a 4 star hotel realistically its closer to a 2 star
