Disgusting service. We booked a taxi for an event 8 weeks in advance and have had it cancelled this morning the day of concert, due to overbooking. Well I’m sorry but why continue taking bookings when you know you’re not going to be able to provide a service. This is why you book in advance. No way to even contact company to discuss. Absolutely disgraceful business practice and I would stay well clear very unreliable and unprofessional and untrustworthy

Booked mini-van taxi at 10am for 6:45pm the same day. Was texted to say that I could only accept cash. Then at 6:49 When the taxi still hadn't arrived I messaged them and they said they were still half an hour away. I canceled. Also if I had used them the charge was $85 . I got 3 ubers instead for total of $41.40

We had a lovely driver with a Red Toyota Camry, we unfortunately didn’t get his name but he was so helpful, so efficient (arrived 10 mins early) and brought 4 of us and ALOT of luggage to our camper van pick up at the airport. Thank you so much for making it such a smooth morning! We will definitely recommend your company because of our driver this morning :) also for a very very fair price! Thank you.

Service particularly the driver standards are hitting rock bottom. 3 incidents in 2 months.First one was where I had told the driver (Raj) to come to the entrance but he didnot. I came downstairs with my luggage but he was nowhere to be found. I then called him and asked him where he was and he said he is still in the carpark where he called from. I had clearly told him where to come with the taxi and yet he didnot. He was driving over 110kmh to the airport and twice ran through red light. The second time at the airport traffic lights I had to tell him hang on it is not ur turn".Second one was when another driver get wrong phone number from their system and puts me in panic as I was to catch my flight. Then when she comes she takes me to the airport using the longest possible route.The third one was last sunday

If i could give 0 stars, I would have given 0 stars. We had booked a taxi at 11.30 and are still waiting at 12 noon. No phone to call! No communication! Nothing! Utter waste!!

I made a booking, but they didn't turn up, even after I received the confirmation email the day before. T&C's say I'm supposed to ring within 5 minutes if they don't arrive, which I did, and got an automated message saying they don't do phone dispatches anymore and to use the website! Luckily, a different taxi who drove by offering to pick us up (which I politely declined) came back, and we got to the airport (albeit for twice the discount taxis" flat fee)."

Typical budget taxi service. Fares are cheaper than corporate or blue bubble, which reflects in service.

Terrible, like absolutely awful. Office does not answer phone, booking was accepted but there was not a driver available, so they decided not to do it. This is not the first time they have let me down, previously I was stuck in the middle of the night and they could not manage to send a taxi, when they finally got one after promising me one three times, he called me directly to negotiate a price before he picked me up.There is no wonder taxis are being beaten by Uber, this company is almost criminal in it's negligence.DO NOT USE.

We had Prakash pick 8 of us up at the international Airport lastnight, and he was rude to deal with. He was yelling saying he couldn't see when he reversed, like its our fault or problem? Then he overcharged and said it's because he was booked for 6 people, although I selected 7-8 people and made a note of the luggage and people. I emailed the customer service team about the cost and service from Prakash, and they didn't comment or apologize for the rudeness of the driver and started the email with I talked with the driver about the cost".I guess you get what you pay

Office staff although helpful weren't familiar with person I had to deal with- she was lovely and when I finally made contact with her tried her best to arrange dealings with her offsider- who for some reason flipped me off saying I hadn't answered my door - my car was there a simple phone call would have clarified that I perhaps hadn't heard his knock on the door- when I finally contacted your office to find out why he hadn't turned up or made contact with me - he left apologies all to the office girl- glad they are not representing me for anything
