I wrote a review on the wrong Harcourts! I'll try again...Having rented through Harcourts over the past year or so, I can honestly say what a well organised, pleasant to deal with and overall outstanding lettings agency this has been from a tenant's POV.Alrene Guinan was my property manager and what a personable, thoughtful and capable agent at that. All communication was easy and seamless, I had a heads up for viewings, never had any issues getting in touch and was very helpful with adding a couple extra weeks to my tenancy end date. From my brief forays in to the office, the rest of the staff seemed lovely as well. Highly recommended!!!

Being a tenant of two of Nicole Hamilton's properties over the last year I could not recommend her enough! Nicole has always been very professional and understanding and even found me a new property to move into when our old one was sold! She always responds to calls/texts very fast and I've not got a single bad thing to say. Best property manager I've ever had!

What a delightful experience with Molly Blue and Harriette Dishington from Harcourts Gold property management Papanui. They have both assisted us speedy and easy in regards to our tenancy and come highly recommended by both my husband and I. It has not been just a Bussiness transaction with these 2 lovely ladies as they always treated our concerns in regards to our rental with heart, and never made us feel like it was about the money.
