Excellent eye specialist and staff, friendly, easy going, very helpful - highly recommend

Excellent location, free parking, appointment was on time. Optometrist was lovely friendly and great with children.Help choosing glasses after was very efficient too.This is our regular OPSM. It's always well staffed and much quieter than other stores.

Very good chain of optometrics. Found them better than Specsavers and liked the features they have available online, like viewing previous orders and prescriptions.

UPDATE: Got a response to call them or email them so they can discuss this matter but wait- email address is invalid!!!Went to choose new glasses. Got no help at all from the unfriendly staff. She didn't even get off her chair. Left me to myself. Help wasn't even offered. So much for service with a smile! Then when I went to pick up my glasses- I was told I NEED an appointment. So made an appointment. Walked in. Both staff members on their computers. Waited and waited. Finally gave up and said ummm hi. Then one of them got off her chair to help me. I'm sorry I disturbed you while ypu were looking at houses on your computer.I just didn't feel like I wanted ( because I didn't pay cash but used vision plan??). Will find a different optometrist maybe next time where staff atleast greet you with a smile.

Outstanding customer service. Optometrist Cielo gave the best eye examination in 13 years of using OPSM for my glasses. Takapuna staff offered the most genuine, caring, knowledgeable and professional service of any of the 5, OPSMs in Auckland, I have purchased glasses from. Takapuna OPSM are far and above other branches in all aspects of customer care.
