My mother and I went to this Salon this morning. Very genuine kind staff. Who made a bad day just a little bit easier. Five stars. Great service

I got 2 pairs of ear lobe piercings. It was very rushed, she quickly marked my ears and didn't ask if I was happy with where she had made the marks she just straight in and started piercing, on the last piercing it was in the wrong place, she pulled it out and reloaded the earing in the gun, marked it again and tried again, it fell into my lap so she reloaded the gun again and finally got it in, no sterilising of hands or earing after handling it. I then had a look in the mirror and saw straight away that the first pair of piercings that she did weren't evenly spaced next to my original piercing, I mentioned it and she said yes they are they just seem like they aren't even...... When I got home I asked family if they are even? All said no.Definitely wouldn't recommend this staff member for ear piercing. Seemed like she wanted us out of there asap!

Went in today for half face dermablade, they were shortstaffed, so person I had booked was not avaliable. The lady rushed the treatment, the treatment usually takes 25 mins I was out of there within 15mins for the entire visit, when I got to the car I saw I had been bleeding on my chin and a scratch is also evident on the left side. Will not go back, skin feels sore and irritated, where it has been cut.I have had about 5 dermablade treatments and never once been cut. I was also not informed by her that she had cut me.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.Addition - They were very honest too when I had previously been overcharged. They took it off the bill straight away. That goes a very long way with me that's for sure.

Would not recommend for piercing children. Against my better judgement we went here knowing they pierce one ear at a time, was very difficult to pierce the second ear with the pain of the first. We didn’t get any say on placement and I’m afraid one is higher and they are crooked as the piercer guessed from the first mark. Price was $20 higher then the chemist I would have used and they did not provide cleaning solution.

I had a pretty gross experience here today. I was booked for one of the float pods (not my first time) and when I went in there was water on the floor, the toilet hadn't been flushed, hair all over the shower/wall and the drain was clogged with hair. The filter was running on the pod for most of the session so it was quite noisy and there was a current in the pod which meant you couldn't float still. There was a used stick in the vaseline bowl that I was expected to use when covering any little cuts etc. It was obvious that it hadn't been cleaned or reset since the person prior to me. Unacceptable considering I booked several weeks ago so they knew I was coming. When I came out someone was doing another clients nails and after standing there waiting for several minutes I had to ask to pay so I could leave! Poor service, gross/dirty facility. The only positive was the friendly woman who greeted me when I first arrived (and picked up dirty towels off the floor of the room but didn't undertake any cleaning).
