Totally recommend this place! Food is great and the staffs are friendly! Can never go wrong with chef free style if you’re unsure what to order. Will definitely be a return customer.

Excellent food and service.I definitely think this is one of the best I've had. We are visiting from Auckland and out of the many restaurants we have been to, this restaurant is right up there with the best.Authentic, Quality food, simple menu and presentation is great.Easy 10/10.

I have the beef rice noodle soup at 2pm. It is delicious. If you are like me who want to have something nice in the afternoon at an affordable price, I recommend you to try this new restaurant

Both noodle dishes we had were delicious (loved the green curry) and the fried tofu was crispy on the outside with delicious sauce. Reasonably priced and relatively quick. Will likely become a regular for us.

Go try this! I had chef freestyle, chose chicken but next time I think pork would make it even better. It had delicious roasted? But raw peanuts in their brown skins - they were very good. I don’t like coriander but maybe now I do - I’ve been eating it all wrong! This is where that belongs. Tucked away by the Manawatu standard. What a gem. I did need salt though which they did have available but I’m a salt person. I didn’t put it on my meal though and still look at my good review. Also don’t be afraid to up the lashings of red onion, yum.I really wanted green curry noodles but had run out, hopefully there next time. Must be a good one aye.

This new restaurant is just around the square, great location and the food is really yummy with great price, serving is really fast. Definitely recommend coming here.

Came here for lunch today and cannot recommend enough all dishes were tasty and very decent servings we had to take some home. The waiter was exceptional going above and beyond. We will definitely be returning as looking forward to trying more of the menu.

Second time getting the chicken garlic stir fried noodles and it's still a hit. The chef is very polite and friendly. Affordable prices too. Support a new Palmy business.Edit: third time now. Plus I had the Tonkatsu noodles and I loved it so much.

Sorry this is not a good" review but I hope the owners will take this as constructive criticism.Service: staff could be more enthusiatic & friendlier. They don't greet or show you to the table. Not much communication at all. We had to help ourselves to the water & cutlery (from other tables). I think the big thick napkin is a waste of money; as not many people would bother opening it up.Food: disappointed that a lot of noodle dishes were unavailable as that's what we wanted to try. Quality & taste ok. A bit expensive for the quantity.I wish them well.May 2023 UPDATE: Been back for lunch with some colleagues & we were really pleased with the quality of the meal. Things have certainly improved since my last review & I am glad the owner has taken on board any constructive criticism. Thanks again.3rd Visit in July: First time I tried pho. Very tasty & good amount of tender beef. Service is very good. They seem to be improving each time I visit. Happy to support small businesses like this one."
